[1] Camera-ready Paper Submission and Copyright Transfer
  • Paper Format Checking :: Above all, authors should check their paper format using the IEEE PDF eXpress® system.
  1. Camera-ready papers should be written using the IEEE format (A4-size format) which can be found at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  2. IEEE PDF eXpress® site http://www.pdf-express.org
    • Create your IEEE PDF eXpress® Account
    1. First, click on "New Users - Click here". 
    2. Next, fill in the Conference ID ( 46040xp )
    3. Email address (IEEE PDF eXpress® will send notices to this address)
    4. Repeat email address (for confirmation)
    5. New password (you will be asked to confirm this password on the next screen)
    • Upload your file to the IEEE PDF eXpress® system for checking the format.
  • Camera-ready Paper Uploading :: After successfully completing the format checking process, authors can upload the camera-ready paper to the EDAS system (http://edas.info).
    Please find your accepted paper submission at EDAS system, and then upload your final camera-ready paper to that submission.

  • Copyright Submission :: Finally, authors should submit "copyright form" in the EDAS system.
    1. At the paper information page, you can find the following [+] button.
    2. Please click [+] button, and you can see the follow page. And please click [IEEE copyright submission] button at that page.
    3. You can reach the following online copyright submission page of IEEE, where you should complete all steps of the IEEE Publication Agreement.

[3] Paper Presentation at the conference
  • All accepted papers should be presented at the scheduled sessions of the conference.
  • 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
  • Conference venue: Booyoung Jeju Hotel & Resort, Jeju, http://www.platcon.org/venue
  • No-Show papers will not be included in the final submission to the IEEE Xplorer.
