[1] Camera-ready Paper Submission and Copyright Transfer

• Paper Format Checking :: Above all, authors should check their paper format using the IEEE PDF eXpress® system.

1. Camera-ready papers should be written using the IEEE format (A4-size format) which can be found at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

   1. IEEE PDF eXpress® site : http://www.pdf-express.org

• • Create your IEEE PDF eXpress® Account

• 1. First, click on "New Users - Click here". 

  2. Next, fill in the Conference ID ( 46040xp )

  3. Email address (IEEE PDF eXpress® will send notices to this address)

  4. Repeat email address (for confirmation)

  5. New password (you will be asked to confirm this password on the next screen)

• • Upload your file to the IEEE PDF eXpress® system for checking the format.

  • Camera-ready Paper Uploading :: After successfully completing the format checking process, authors can upload the camera-ready paper to the EDAS system (http://edas.info).

  • Please find your accepted paper submission at EDAS system, and then upload your final camera-ready paper to that submission.

  • Copyright Submission :: Finally, authors should submit "copyright form" in the EDAS system.

• 1. Please click [+] button, and you can see the follow page. And please click [IEEE copyright submission] button at that page.
